Care

• CARE INSTRUCTIONS: OVERSIZED WASHABLE WOOL
• Because of its generous size and natural wool construction, this rug requires extra space to wash safely.
• Wash: Do not force into a standard home washer. Use a commercial-capacity front-loading machine (60lb+). Wash in cold water on a delicate/gentle cycle.
• Detergent: Use a mild, wool-safe liquid detergent. No bleach or enzymes.
• Dry: Lay completely flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry. Caution: Rug will be extremely heavy when wet; do not hang to dry, as the weight will stretch the fibers.
• Maintain: Vacuum on low-suction only. Keep the rotating beater bar turned OFF.

Carpets, Cushions, Throws and Furniture's are thoroughly inspected, before dispatch.

Custom orders: For a custom rugs, the delivery depends on the production timeline. The greater the intricacy of the rug, the longer the delivery timeline. For ease of calculating the same, we estimate that it takes 1 week per 2 inches of a rug for a 156 knot rug.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive your order confirmation notifications via:

Are there any additional fees?

For all Indian orders, the price paid at checkout is final with all tax included, Express shipping shall be chargeable on actuals.

For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes applicable that depend on the customs laws of respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.
