Care

• Always use a rug pad: A high-quality felt or rubber rug pad is non-negotiable. It keeps the rug from slipping, adds cushion, and prevents the friction of heavy foot traffic from grinding the weave against hard floors.
• Rotate seasonally: Rotate the rug 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months. This ensures that high-traffic zones wear evenly and that sunlight fades the natural dyes uniformly over time.
• Professional cleaning: Every 1 to 2 years, take the rug outdoors to give it a good shake and let it air out. For deep cleaning, always send it to a professional rug cleaner who specializes in handwoven wool; never machine wash or steam clean a handloom rug at home.

Carpets, Cushions, Throws and Furniture's are thoroughly inspected, before dispatch.

Custom orders: For a custom rugs, the delivery depends on the production timeline. The greater the intricacy of the rug, the longer the delivery timeline. For ease of calculating the same, we estimate that it takes 1 week per 2 inches of a rug for a 156 knot rug.

Are there any additional fees?

For all Indian orders, the price paid at checkout is final with all tax included, Express shipping shall be chargeable on actuals.

For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes applicable that depend on the customs laws of respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.
